Tracy graduated from The Healing Arts Center- School of Massage in St. Louis, MO.

She has a background in traditional Chinese massage training, including tuina, acupressure point, fire cupping and gua sha. Usually she uses a combination of therapeutic massage methods during one session. In this way she can tailor the treatment to a client’s unique needs by using different techniques to help restore the body to balance.
