A Unique Integration of Eastern Wisdom and Western Technique
With 7 years of practice, I offer a sophisticated approach to bodywork that addresses both the physical and energetic layers of the body. My sessions are not “one-size-fits-all”; I blend traditional Chinese modalities with modern therapeutic techniques to ensure deep, lasting relief.
My Specialized Techniques:
- Traditional Chinese Fire Cupping: I utilize a signature gliding technique—moving the heated cups across the back to lift the muscle tissue, release deep-seated tightness, and stimulate vital circulation.
- Tui Na & Acupoint Therapy: Rhythmic, clinical massage targeting specific energy points to restore balance and flow.
- Myofascial Release (MFR): Slow, sustained pressure used to stretch and soften the connective tissue (fascia), eliminating pain and restoring motion.
- Swedish Massage: Traditional long, flowing strokes to reduce stress, improve blood flow, and provide total body relaxation.
Client Care & Traditional Aftercare
Because my techniques—especially Fire Cupping—open the skin’s pores and meridians, following these Traditional Chinese Medicine guidelines is essential to prevent muscles from shrinking or re-tightening:
- Drink Warm Water Only: Avoid iced or cold drinks. Warm fluids support the circulation we’ve stimulated; cold fluids cause muscles to contract.
- No Showers for 8 Hours: Give your pores time to close naturally before exposing them to water or soaps.
- Keep Warm: Protect your body from “Wind-Cold.” Keep the treated area covered and avoid direct contact with fans or air conditioning.
- No Swimming: Please refrain from swimming until your cupping marks have completely faded to ensure your skin and energy stay protected.
