I am a graduate of the Healing Arts Center in Maplewood, and both nationally and state licensed. I love a regular dose of continuing education as it keeps me up-to-date on the latest information and techniques, which allows me to bring more benefit to my clients.
My body is what led me to become a massage therapist. I have had over 7 surgeries including, re-constructive ankle surgery, torn cartilage, and torn rotator cuff surgery. Each required hours of physical therapy, not to mention the pain and stress that it brought about. It wasn’t until I found a great massage therapist who understood what my body/mind had been through, that I found relief. Now with my experience and education I believe that I can bring you relief as well.
